As you will be aware we are constantly growing the various portfolios that we own personally, at the same time expanding portfolios on behalf of investors on a done for you service, as well as managing portfolios for Landlords such as yourself. 

Due to our focus on Investment Property, we don’t have the same limitations on locality and are able to serve a larger area, which from a brand recognition point of view can make us look smaller than we are; due to maybe only managing a handful of properties in a competitors ‘patch’, however when you take into account of the areas we cover it is obvious that we are a major force in the management of Private Residential Sector houses in the North of the UK.

5) Tenant Selection

We don’t focus on the speed at which we can get a property let (and the commission rolling in!), although we are not slow off the mark either! 

We just understand the compound effect and the impact it has on an investment of placing the wrong tenant into a rental property, which is why we have vigorous checks and procedures to ensure tenants and guarantors are referenced and credit checked.

Our due diligence is above an beyond that required by ‘Right to Rent’ and landlord references, we take time to interview applicants and validate their affordability.

6) 3rd Party Selection

We realise the importance of dealing with reliable and trustworthy suppliers in connection with any work carried out on your property. We ensure that all the suppliers we work with are correctly insured before instruction. We ensure that legal compliance is adhered to at all times giving you additional peace of mind and security.
